I'm always the one who friends come to for advice, but then I often don't do a good job of following the advice myself...I like simple stuff, spending time with my kids and family and friends, hanging out and being laid back as much as possible when work sked will allow it...My kids are the biggest part of my life and always will be, at least til theyre grown up enough they decide they dont want to be! I like to work out, play sports (used to play hockey for quite a few years and am trying to get back into shape to play it again), watch sports, read, write, play poker and sometimes stay up too late on the Internet watching silly videos.

First date, wow, assuming I didnt bring the kids along (kidding, i wouldnt do that for a first date), probably dinner somewhere we both agreed on or where she liked a lot, then maybe a hockey game or comedy club or something kinda fun and different from sitting in a dark movie theater where you don't get to talk and connect. Then maybe some late-night IHOP and then off we go our separate ways.
