Starting over....

Hello all. Thank you for stopping by for a little read.
I have been on this site for a bit with no luck. Too bad I can't switch my bait. LOL
I am a 34 year old dreamer who landed back in the Comox Valley after 30 years. We traveled and moved every 2-4 years most of my life so I figured I would never have a home town (Military Family). Being back in the city where I first went to school was odd. Seeing my first ever girl friend every week was odd. Not working 50 hours a week is odd.

My current hobbies include writing, walking(I lost 60 lbs since April), hiking, photography, fishing and reading. I am trying to decide what to do next in my life and I only know my parents in the valley. My dad gets quiet sick 4-5 months a year and I have been asked to come home and help my mom take care of them. I need to continue my career, meet new people and make a new plan. I am an entrepreneur and I thinking about opening something new here? What I haven't decided.

I am looking to meet new people and find a place in the valley. I am hoping to stay here a long time. I am very accustom to meeting new people and I am very extroverted at times. Being Canadian means "Loves to Laugh" as far as I can see so I love to have fun. I try and make even the most mundane task or chore fun.

As for music, this is the hard part. I love metal? I love Rap? I love 70s, 80s? I love classical sometimes? Above all I 3 the CBC... I don't know why but even when they play country I can't change the channel.

This season I want to try skiing and snowboarding.

One last thing I doubt anyone will read this. I am very good with kids, I don't know why, but most kids like me right off the bat. I know my profile says I am looking for friends but I am someday going to switch that to long term or not visit this site. Here is to hoping and happy fishing? MAP

First date, dates are odd too. I like walking around the Comox Valley you could come for a walk with me. I enjoy a good late breakfast at Michael’s off Main. Oh! Yeah espresso is one of my true passions I have walked many blocks for espresso.
