Hello! Thanks for reading my profile. I'm 6'4" and 305lbs. I love to do many things, as my above interests indicate, whether it be with my fun, active family or great group of friends I'm lucky to have. I've been blessed to have parents that have been married nearly 43 years to show me what true love is and how to keep it alive! I would descibe myself as a very caring, honest, and trustworthy person. Friends would tell you that I am very positive and have a good sense of humor. I am currently a maintenance worker for a local company. I like my job. I have an Associate's Degree In Liberal Arts and someday consider maybe getting my Bachelor's Degree maybe in Psychology or communications. I live alone in a condo in Hillsborough, NJ and I have a very affectionate all black cat. I named her Pitch...as in pitch black! lol. She is a great roommate! I have some really great and close friends and I would always welcome new ones, but the one thing I would love to have, that is missing from my life, is my female best friend or significant other.

I would love to meet a very friendly, outgoing, funny, attractive, and confident woman. Hopefully she would also be honest and trustworthy and be family oriented. If she liked to play some sports like tennis or bowling, that would be icing on the cake. I would hope that while on this website I could meet some nice, attractive ladies that are as nice, sincere, and as serious as I am as far as finding true love. I really don't want to play any games! When I am in a relationship, I love to cuddle with my girlfriend and give her lots of compliments! I'm hoping I'll find myself in that situation again someday soon! Ladies, please prove to me that not all nice guys finish last.

My only true aspirations for 2008 is to get in better shape and to find a nice lady friend to hangout with and have lots of fun with!

They say it is not wise to take your date to the movies because you can't talk and get to know each other. Some people even say to keep the initial date brief, like go out for coffee, or a drink or two. I agree, but if you have talked over dinner, or first over the phone, and you know each other a little, a movie discussed between the two of you, or one of her choice, might be an entertaining idea. But, first and most important I feel, is that you get to know the person by talking and seeing if you are both physically and intellectually attracted to each other.

Having said all that, I would probably ask my date if she had a favorite restaurant she liked or think of one myself and take her out to dinner and perhaps bowling (if she likes bowling). I would want to talk with my date a lot the first date so we could both get an idea if we're compatible. If things were going well, then I think I would suggest additional little things, like ask her how would she like to take a ride with me down to the shore and boardwalk or maybe drive around and I could show her my neighborhood. Or maybe we could do that movie idea, or bowling? The key for me is to allow us time to talk and feel comfortable with each other so we could again guage how compatible we are. I would want her to have as much fun and to be as relaxed as she could be. If things went well then it would be nice to know we could have a second date, and maybe the second date would be longer and a bit more involved.
