I prefer coffee shops for the first date. Easy to sit across a table and talk and find out what you have in common. It could be an evening at a nice resturant. Movies are ok, but you are really engrossed in the movie and don't usually share much information. Consider it under control whatever we do, it would be my pleasure to plan something ordinally special with your input, of course.
