| | I guess this is due for an update, just noticed how screwed up the 'interests' category can be which left my profile with a line saying...not head...*sighs*...just another reason to check, recheck and check again I guess!
Things that are important to me, hmm...a good sense of humor, if it's a bit twisted and off the wall by times, all the better...the ability to make me think and question things, from how something works to why people do the things they do...life the universe and everything kinda stuff!
If I'm in a new place by myself I'm likely the one listening and watching, I'll find my way into a conversation if it interests me (consider that a hint!)...I'm a bit quiet to begin, but once I get to know you, watch out...I have opinions, and I'm not afraid to share them...sometimes it's not pretty *shakes head and looks down* but I love to hear what others think too, there is always something to learn from discussions and debate.
I run the gamut from punk to country, true life crime novels to 1940's sci-fi, action movies to documentaries....I can't decide if I'm eclectic or just have no taste whatsoever....
The career I've chosen is one that's not so 'girly' so don't expect to see me with my hair and nails done, I'm more the jeans, t-shirt and ponytail type, sometimes I let my hair down though.
People say I don't look my age, I like to agree with them...
Sorry, I'm not comfortable with putting pics up, don't have a lot of me but I will be more than happy to share them if you ask...don't forget that I'm that jeans, tshirt ponytail type of girl though. I am comfortable with who I am, once in a while I like getting decked out and surprising people who've never seen me dressed up. To me though, all of that is just window dressing, it can cover many flaws...not to say I have no flaws, we all do....I just don't believe in hiding them and would rather see everyone embrace the flaws they have, they are part of what makes us all unique!
and unique is good!
