Tell Me You'll Love Me For A Million Years...
Here's a short story.....
THANKSGIVING DINNER
A man and his partner were having Thanksgiving dinner ....... during the dinner the man told her about the wishbone. She loved it.... ! So, they broke the bone together. She became disheartened holding the shorter part of the bone ! He replied....don't worry..... My wish was that your wish comes true.
Here's another story.....
While on a sea cruise, a boy was playing with a dog on the ships deck, throwing a stick for the dog to "Fetch"..... He accidentally threw it too hard and it went overboard... the dog followed suit !
The dog's owner PLEADED for the captain to stop the ship... The captain replied that he cannot and will not stop the ship for a dog!.... The dogs owner relpied "Then I have hopes.. you will stop the ship for a man".. and he jumped overboard!... The ships captain stopped the ship and both the dog and the dog's owner were rescued.......
******** I am not looking for just any type of woman on this website **********
Im looking for a upbeat ( not depressed / irritable / discontent ) partner. A woman who can participate MUTUALLY - EQUALLY... She MUST be capable of sustaining 50% in a REAL partnership.
I am not so stuck in my ways that I don't know how to compromise.
******* I WOULD LIKE TO FIND SOMEONE THAT WILL ENHANCE MY LIFE, NOT INJURE IT. ******
****** I'm looking for that special woman who really understands what mutuality means ! **********
Women have told me they find men that have problems - so let me tell you:
I don't drink/smoke/drug - I own my own home, live there alone and not with my mommy.
I am not on any psycotropic medications.... or depressed..... I work and pay my bills, I have a drivers license and own a vehicle, I'm mostly happy with life ,I have a healthy sense of humor and I have friends - Im not overweight or a couch potatoe.
I love to ride bicycle on safe trails like the Columbia Trail in Califon and the canal in Bound Brook - (Im open to you suggesting one of your favorite trails).
I have rhythm and can dance - I accept my emotional life and can be expressive/demonstrative appropriately. I shower and shave regulary, I have good manners ( thank you - please - may I )
Here's a little story I recently read that really touches me !
WET PANTS
Come with me to a third grade classroom..... There is a nine-year-old kid sitting at his desk and all of a sudden, there is a puddle between his feet and the front of his pants are wet. He thinks his heart is going to stop because he cannot possibly imagine how this has happened. It's never happened before, and he knows that when the boys find out he will never hear the end of it. When the girls find out, they'll never speak to him again as long as he lives..........
The boy believes his heart is going to stop; he puts his head down and prays this prayer, 'Dear God, this is an emergency! I need help now! Five minutes from now I'm dead meat.'
He looks up from his prayer and here comes the teacher with a look in her eyes that says he has been discovered.......
As the teacher is walking toward him, a classmate named Susie is carrying a goldfish bowl that is filled with water. Susie trips in front of the teacher and inexplicably dumps the bowl of water in the boy's lap.......
The boy pretends to be angry, but all the while is saying to himself, 'Thank you, Lord! Thank you, Lord!'
Now all of a sudden, instead of being the object of ridicule, the boy is the object of sympathy. The teacher rushes him downstairs and gives him gym shorts to put on while his pants dry out. All the other children are on their hands and knees cleaning up around his desk. The sympathy is wonderful. But as life would have it, the ridicule that should have been his has been transferred to someone else - Susie!!
She tries to help, but they tell her to get out. You've done enough, you klutz!'
Finally, at the end of the day, as they are waiting for the bus, the boy walks over to Susie and whispers, 'You did that on purpose, didn't you?' Susie whispers back, 'I wet my pants once too.'
May God help us see the opportunities that are always around us to be of service to others..

It's not what you think... It's not what you say..... But I'm convinced that a persons character is expressed in what they do !!
If you want me for what I have...... You will leave if I suddenly have not.
If you want me for what I have not.... You will leave if I suddenly have.
If you want me for my health .......... You will leave if I suddenly am sick.
If you want me for my sickness ......... You will leave if I suddenly become health.
If you love me......... You will stay....
