I am new to San Francisco, just started my post-doc in bioengineering at UCSF.
However, I like to think that I am more than just a scientist!
I do enjoy going out and having a good time, and do go out dancing when the mood strikes me! I love dancing to salsa (although I need practice) hip/hop, country, if it has a beat I will probably dance to it! As you can guess my musical likes are varied.
I'm good natured, can get along with most people, except for ones that are offset by my honesty! No poker face, you can pretty much tell what I'm thinking by looking at me! Overall I like spending time with good friends, meeting new people, and enjoying life!

I think that a fun first date would start with some sort of activity so you didn't have to spend the whole time just staring down the other person, like when you start with dinner, but could focus on a common activity then dinner or lunch to be able to talk once you felt a little more comfortable! I'm quite the talker but not right away, you know? Surprise me!
