Looking for a man with whom to share...

Me:

Kind, loyal, thoughtful and compassionate. Enjoy country and city activities. Snowshoeing during the winter, hiking, cycling, hanging out by a lake, and some camping/canoeing the rest of the year. Living close to downtown I walk whenever possible to shops, restaurants, galleries, bookstores, the theatre and the cinema. Adhere as much as possible to a holistic lifestyle but that doesn’t mean I don’t occasionally eat junk food or just veg. I strive for balance and equity and buy used/second hand and fair trade whenever possible. Friends and acquaintances come from all walks of life. Intellectually, I’m not a dwarf, nor am I Einstein. My innate strengths are interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. As for math, spatial sense, technology, logic and activities that involve holding an implement such as a paintbrush or hammer, let’s just say that I do my best.

Are flexible, well-balanced, trustworthy, loyal and a gentleman. Patient, you allow things to unfold in their own time. Respect my thoughts and are interested in how I feel about things. Affectionate and sensitive with a willingness to share intimacy on all levels. Know yourself pretty well. Know what’s important in life and don’t sweat the small stuff. Enjoy your work but aren’t ruled by it, having outside interests. Value relationships with family and friends.

In our relationship I can be me. You can be you. We can be us. I can grow. You can grow. We can grow together. Trust will build slowly. We spend time together, alone and with friends. We allow ourselves to be vulnerable. Our relationship involves mutually agreed-upon expectations and a shared commitment to fulfill them. Honest communication is vital as we’re not mind readers. Being human, neither of us is happy and cheerful all the time nor will things go smoothly all the time. However, we enjoy being and doing things together while respecting each other’s need for personal space. Oh yes, I’ve always been a bit of a klutz when it comes to dance steps (had some pretty dreadful high school dance experiences) but with time and lots of practice dream of mastering some level of competency and experiencing the joy of dancing together.
