Hello, there! I am an avid outdoorsman who enjoys any and all kinds of activities, whether it be hiking, biking, swimming, camping, X-country skiing, or a picnic in the park with friends. I am very active; you won't find me sitting in front of the boob tube much. Life is meant to be experienced, not observed. I belong to and help organize a local outdoor adventure group, and consider many of them to be close friends, so my ideal mate is active, outdoorsy, and sociable. My sense of humor is spontaneous, quick-witted, sometimes sarcastic, but always creative. I would consider myself a hopeless romantic and idealist (yes, they are out there) who would find all sorts of creative ways to tell you how I feel about you so I hope you like pleasant surprises. First date? Hmmm... Winter: How about a hike through the woods together under a clear, starry night (complete with full moon) followed by a warm fire and hot cocoa? Summer: How about a picnic on a rock ledge with a spectacular view? I'm always open to a nice little out-of-the-way restaurant, too. (Civilization does have its advantages, from time to time).
