I'd like to put up front that I am interested in meeting people face to face. I am not big on computer communication. sure one or two messages to get things rolling are fine, but face to face communication is so much better. If you just want an e-mail friend, look elsewhere.

I'd like to think that people like me. I am fairly certain that this is true as I have not been in a fight in a long time. I have a calm demeanor until I have a cup of coffee, after that I can get a little crazy.

I am really just an average guy. I like to read books. I like to be outside. I can wield a hammer and can grill a steak. I like to treat girls like royalty. I like to listen to Dean Martin and dance in the kitchen with someone special. I am well traveled. I like to see things outside of Canada. I dress well. I keep myself groomed. I stay fit. I try to eat healthy. As far as I know, I am not an ***hole. I have my head on straight. I like to ride my bikes. I like to work on my car. I like to take pictures.

I have a copy of Canadian Press Style Guide and Spelling and Punctuation. If you know what these two books are, big bonus for you. I am not 12, I don't reply to people with 12 year old grammar and spelling. (I understand that not everyone is perfect though) I really hate how the internet and text messaging have made people think it is ok to type like an idiot with no education.

I have a twisted sense of fun. I am introverted when I am working. I spend lots of time learning as much as I can. I read no fewer than three news papers a day. Current events dictate my life. I want to go to places that most people run away from. I like the unknown and thrive on seeing how other people live. Other people as in people from places other than comfortable, relatively safe Saskatoon.

In a perfect world, my perfect match would be a writer. I'd take the photos, she'd write the stories. We'd sell our work to upscale news papers and magazines. However, I know that this isn't a perfect world, so I'd be plenty happy with someone who has a decent education.

Talk. Eat. Be merry. (I hope) I hate those dates where things are awkward. Wait, no, I like those. I like to people watch. See how they react to situations...
