I love meeting new people who have various interests and can show me something new! I am someone who is fun, outgoing, funny, sweet, caring, sensitive, good hearted, goal-oriented, smart, and sexy...and I am looking for a man who is basically the same...haha! I graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Elementary Education. I am a teacher at a public school in the area. I am very driven when it comes to my job...My job is a key priority in my life. My job is also one of my passions and I love going to work each day because it is never boring, I learn something new everyday, and the best part is that I am making a difference in the lives of children! When you see children who are better and who have grown from the teaching you have done, its a huge feeling of accomplishment for me and something I really enjoy doing. Currently, I am obtaining my Masters in Reading in order to be a Reading Specialist someday.

I love to do all sorts of things like shopping, watching tv, listening to music, going to see live music, going to the movies, bowling, swimming, basketball, ping pong, and hanging out with friends. I like all kinds of music and like comedy and chick flick movies best. I also have an adventurous side and like being outdoors. I love roller coasters, hiking, and biking. I also like art and can appreciate various paintings and photography. I also have a bit of a crafty side. I am always willing to try something new! I am ready to meet that special someone or even new friends who can show me something new, teach me, and challenge me!

I am looking for a great man who can make a difference in my life and vice versa...someone who is goal-oriented, someone who I can relate to, but most of all someone who has a great heart and personality and is a gentleman! I am intrigued by men who are independent, passionate, outgoing, humorous, stable, and know what direction they want to take in life or are going in life. I am a simple person. I am looking for someone that is comfortable in their own skin and wants to grow together just a little more each day. I see the person I am with as an equal, and remember that little and simple things in life should never be taken for granted.

I guess if I were to characterize myself, I am a bit of a 'homebody' with an adventurous side. I like to curl up on the couch with a good book or a good movie after a long day of work, but also like to get out there and do a variety of things on the weekends. I am looking for that person who can curl up on the couch with me, as well as get out there and enjoy life. Family and friends are important to me. I am very close with my family and I have a small number of really really good friends, but can get along with almost anybody. I ready to be in a serious committed, mature relationship. I am looking for someone who can be my best friend and lover, someone I can share lots of laughs with and have fun with doing absolutely anything and everything!

I am really up for anything for a first date...as long as it allows me to get to know the person I am dating...haha! Going out to dinner, bowling, going to a coffee shop to talk...anything that gives the guy and I plenty of time to talk and get to know one another!
