About Me
Gees!How do you describe yourself without sounding pompous while at the same time being careful not to undermine yourself. Most would say I am intelligent,opinionated,well spoken,insightful and at times ecclectic. I have a very strong sense of self and know who I am and most importantly what I'm looking for.I'm a home owner,college educated, financially and emotionally secure, well traveled and multi-lingual. As for the physical, I stand 6ft about 205lbs muscular and attractive. Looking for chemistry and see what happens. It's all I can ask for at this stage in the game.
I have also served six years in the U.S army under the 75th Ranger Battalion and 82nd Airborne Division and have been fortunate enough to have traveled throughout Europe,Asia and Latin America.I am responsible,organized and very independant in every aspect of my life so if drama is your cup of tea...then we may not be a good fit. I enjoy good conversations, astronomy (not astrology),outdoor activities (as long as it's legal and does not require cow tipping or snipe hunting)and home improvement projects. I have a good sense of humor with a laid back personality. I am also someone who is very easy to talk to and I tend to be drawn to people with those same qualities.
I usually relate best to educated, progressive minded free thinkers. So if you lean too far to the right or aren't well read....we will more than likely not have much in common. We all have our pet peaves.
Also not looking for anyone over 45 years of age, who smokes, has kids or who is obese. I would much rather be single. Now that I have eliminated 98.9% of you. Maybe I'll get lucky.
And if you are wondering about my year around tan....I'm Portuguese and Sicilian! And no...I'm not affiliated with the mob and if you don't believe me my uncle will break your legs....just kidding :)

We all have baggage in one way or the other. Just make sure yours can fit in the overhead compartment and does not need a cargo ship. I don't deal with flakes! Know who you are and what you want!!

First Date
I guess this is the part where the guys get real corny and cheesy...lol! I don't think I'll be flying anyone to Paris soon on any first dates, however, I think a quiet and quaint locale with a nice atmosphere would do just fine for starters.
