If it's not too much to expect I'm looking to meet someone to be a friend, partner, soulmate, lover, someone to hold hands with, to share the good times and bad times, to laugh and cry, ok so it probably is too much to ask...
I'm 39 and keep busy in IT support - no I'm not a computer geek!! Unfortunately the nature of my work doesn't create the sort of social situations where I can meet people, and I have no interest in trawling pubs / clubs so internet dating will have to do!
Oh and I have a very good sense of humour, and like long walks, mountain biking, country pubs (bit of a country boy at heart), good coffee, log fires, long summer evenings, lying under the stars, fine scotch, Bill Bailey, snow, and loads of things which don't spring to mind right now but then you could ask...

Probably just wasted my time writing this lot, as I get the impression that people just look at the pictures and make an instant decision, but if you get this far and fancy a chat then say hello - I don't bite

My favourite wisdom:
Never save things for a special occasion, everyday you're alive is special.
Dance like you don't need the money,
Work like nobody's watching,
Love like there's no tomorrow.
and no apologies to Mark Twain...
Note on long walks - this is defined as starting in the morning, stopping at a pub for lunch and a pint, finishing late afternoon having walked a good 10 miles or so. A walk is not finished when you can't see the car after 200 yards... Women looking for a SOLEmate - it's SOULmate! A SOLE is the bottom of a shoe so presumably you're looking for someone to walk all over...
bungee jumping - never done it always wanted to

or kite buggying, walk along the coast, pub meal (roaring fire optional), go karting, bowling, or maybe just a spot of coffee and conversation - I'm trying to make this easy!! Alton Towers, plenty of time to talk while queueing
