Guitarist, sports fan, Grad student, and self annointed King of Sarcasm. When I am not playing Guitar Hero, writing songs, or watching the History Channel, I find great satisfaction in enjoying the random happenings of life.

I like long walks on the beach in the winter, quiet nights snuggled up with that special someone while waiting for something good to come on television, daydreaming about song ideas, commenting on the obvious, watching a horse I lead to water stand around aimlessly, and never, ever returning calls unless I have a reason to.

Now to answer the BIG question......why I am on Plenty of Fish? Let's see, for one thing it is a gateway to women I would never cross paths with otherwise. And best of all, it's free. Why pay for the privelege to email assorted strangers who may or may not reply? With that said, there is no loss in sending out the occasional random message. Maybe, just maybe, one of those people might be someone worth getting know beyond a few friendly emails.

What I am looking for in a woman is someone who is open-minded about meeting people....even off the internet. It's not as ideal as crossing paths with someone in the produce aisle at the grocery store, but who believes in fairytales anyway?

A lady who is busy with her own pursuits and goals is a plus and a must. I don't need someone to make me the ONLY thing in their life, because I do enjoy some time alone and/or take part in the occasional night out with friends. With that said, someone who is SO BUSY that they don't have time to put any energy into getting to know one another should keep it movin'. It's all about balance.

Looks.......now that's opening Pandora's box, but you already did so I will give you the 411. If I could describe what appeals to me visually in words I would. But it is not so simple. Tall, short, thin, average, as long as it is not to any unhealthy extreme, it's all good. Some people post their ideal mate down to the height, ethnicity, and eye color .....to me that is silly. With such rigid requirements, it's not surprising so many people are disgruntled with dating, both online and in "the real world."
