I joined this site because they required no ongoing membership fee. And, I get to randomly bump into others and talk about whatever comes to mind.

Seriously, though, most of the friends I know in and out of work are married or almost engaged, so it never hurts to find additional ways to meet people. I don't really understand relationships all that well, so maybe you have some insight. We can compare theories. Yeah, that sounds grand. I'm up for making new friends and exploring new places. Whatever happens over the course of that journey is unwritten.

I've finally realized that my ideal match will likely also want to travel around the world and prefer pets instead of children. I'm on decent terms with my family, but my gut feeling doesn't lead down the same road. However, that's not in stone. The most amazing woman in the world might change my mind. We never know.

I completely shattered my weight loss goal this year. In under 4 months I slimmed down 45lbs. Is that self-motivation or what? Eating enough correct foods and regular visits to the gym does wonders.
