Hello!

Hmmm...where to start? I have recently moved to Ajax after spending seven years living and working in sunny Arizona and thought I would give this site a try. I am 36, have never been married, have no children (unless you count my two cats) and own my own home (i.e. total and complete lack of baggage). Why am I 36 and still single? Because I would much rather be alone and happy then be with someone and be lonely.

I am honest, loyal and appreciate a good sense of humor! I am also very down to earth and independant and like to do a wide variety of things; anything from staying home for a quiet night to watch a movie, or getting dressed up to attend the Cirque du Soleil or attending a sporting event or playing hockey (I play on Sundays in Toronto). I am not into the bar scene at all. I am well educated and am employed full-time at a professional level job in downtown Toronto however my job is not my life. I work to live, not live to work. I am also looking for someone who has this same philosophy. I think it's important to enjoy what you do for a living but I don't make it my life.
