Somewhat shy initially when it comes to the opposite sex (particularly when attracted and can't find the right words to break the ice), good natured, warm hearted, intelligent, good listener and communicator (once the ice is broken ), fun loving, world traveled, non-smoking guy who likes being active and outdoors. I enjoy both the ocean and the mountains and everything in between. I love being around friends and family and try to visit them as often as possible. Beyond that, I'm just looking to see if there is someone out there that enjoys many of the same things as I do and would like to start out as friends with a guy like me.

My idea for the perfect first date is for us to have an opportunity to meet in person and get to know each other better, whether that be over a cup of coffee or iced tea (since I don't drink coffee unless it's in one of those fun drinks that covers up the after taste), sitting on a park bench, walking along a greenway, or at lunch or a nice dinner in a place where it's not to loud and we can enjoy our conversation and smiles across the table.
