First of all I am not a capricorn like my profile says, I am a taurus. Just thought Id make that known in case it matters to someone. All other information is correct to the best of my knowledge.

Well, Ive been here on POF for quite some time now and met some really interesting people online but never in person.

A little about me:
1. I am a laid back nerd at heart. Meaning I know I am smart but it takes some motivation to apply myself.
2. I do have goals that I want to accomplish while I live life at the same time. Meaning it is taking me a while to get through school because I am taking my time, which I do not think is necessarily a bad thing. I am almost done with my schooling here in New Mexico, and when I am done, I will be moving to either Phoenix or San Diego sometime near January 2010 (I have not decided where to yet).
3. I put my goals and aspirations before anything or anybody else. At this point in my life education and fun seem to be my focus, which has unfortunately made some relationships end on a bad note. I know what I want out of life and will pursue it while I can, while I have the freedom to do so.
4. I have very few close friends, but a vast amount of distant friendships (if that makes sense). I am happy with this arrangement because as I explore my life I come across friends from different walks of life, those of whom are very interesting to me.
5.I love to travel when possible, even weekend road trips satisfy my need to explore.
6. I am random when it comes time to do something. I am lazy one day and on another, you cant keep me from moving. Sometimes I get the urge to just do something so im sort of spontaneous.
7. Music makes my world go round. Any activity I do requires music to keep me motivated. I dont have one set genre of music. As long as the rhythm agrees with my feelings at that time it is good to me.
8. I love anything big and fast - automotive wise. From import to domestic, cars to trucks, lifting to lowering, drag to drift, Im in love with all of it. Customization is a passionate hobby of mine, when I can afford it. Call me weird but I like the smell of oil, gasoline, and burning rubber. I also like the purr of a performance car or the roar of a big block truck.

A little about what I am looking for:
1. Not only am I looking to hang out, I am also interested in friends, dating, activity partners, and the long term if it comes to the right person.
2. For friends, hanging out, and activity partners I dont hate or discriminate, I welcome all people into my circle. So dont be shy and hit that contact me now button!
3. For dating and relationships my choice is a little different. After being in a few relationships in and after highschool, I have come to a realization that not all women are created equal. I chose to accept and ignore certain qualities about people just to be with them, which was a mistake. I just ended up in a situation that I hated and could not bear. Now that Ive been through the bad, I have a better understanding of what I want and like in a person. Call it picky but there are other fish in the sea and I wont settle for a minnow when I could have some bass (or whatever fish is the choice selection). What I do like is a strong independent woman who knows what she wants in life and isnt afraid to speak her mind to get it. I do not like rude women though, so a level of politeness in public and at home is a must. I dont care if they use profanity, just not every other word. Women with emotional baggage are a big turnoff. If theyre still hooked n their last man, then they need to be fully over it before attempting to say hi to any other guy. Women who like to travel freely and have fun are a must. Sure sitting at home in your pajamas one day is great, but once in a while you have to get out and enjoy life. Women who take the time daily to look good for their man are the best. Its not only hygienic but sexy as well. I also like women who can be a jeans and t-shirt gal one day but still be able to wear girly clothes as well. I like, no I mean, I LOVE women with a love for automotives! If you can tell me, or even better yet show me where everything on an engine is, youll not only impress me but youll have me hooked on you like flies to stuff. Physically I like women as tall as me and shorter than me. Im 5'8" so anything over is kind of weird for me. I like hair (sometimes curly, sometimes straight) that extends to the middle of the back and cute round eyes as well. I dont hate on size or race much. I dont care if youre skinny or fat, white or black, all women are beautiful in their own way. I just dont want my woman bigger or taller than me. Women who smell good also get my attention, youd be surprised at how many women fail in that department. Overall, a smart, educated woman with an interest in my hobbies, who is flexible on style, who likes to travel, and hopes to have a family one day is what my ideal match would be. Im not looking for perfection, Im just looking for perfect for me.
