I'm the proud father of an awesome 14 year old boy...I'm very active in his life. He's the most awesome son a dad could ever ask for. I've been divorced for 9 years and I have a very good relationship with my ex. We take great pride in raising our son as best we can despite the divorced family relationship. My son and his mom live in Dallas, so I'm back and forth along I-30 a fair amount.

I'm a fairly simple uncomplicated person on the outside...though I can prove to be quite complex once you know me. I prefer to be in shorts and t-shirt than a fancy suit and tie, although I can pull the latter off without issue. I'm pretty easily amused and entertained. I love life and find it very easy to enjoy. I'm extremely optimistic and bring a lot of energy to the table. I can be motivating and supportive and have some leadership tendencies.

I love sports. I still have a lot of little-boy in me and sports are when this is most obvious. I'm great with being a fan or participant. I'm competitive, but understand the lessons learned in losing.

I'm very grounded. My faith plays a large part in this aspect of my being. I simply love God. He has blessed me with great grace my entire life. I'm fortunate to be able to say I've had an extremely charmed life.

Ideally I'd like to find the happily-ever-after. But I'm willing to be patient...even if that means enjoying lighter-hearted relationships in the mean time.

I'm better in person and over time than you'd ever perceive through a few pictures and essays. I have no doubt upon knowing me you'd think it was time well spent.

Hopefully the first date could be something fun...active...something to share in the fun together. At the least something more entertaining than sitting around interviewing each other. Dating ought to be FUN...not WORK!!!!
