Someone help get me off this site...please! I've met some wonderful people here, but have yet to find the ever-so-elusive spark.

Animal lovers only need apply (I don't have any at the moment, but knowing me, that could change at a moments notice...I tend to fall for strays, and if I go to the SPCA it is game over!) If you have the following qualities, you are aces with me: Confidence, acceptance, non-materialistic (but still enjoy some of the finer things), wicked sense of humour, non-conformist, intelligence, compassionate, and passionate. A strong woman is a must.

Me: pretty funny, dorky, reasonably intelligent, spontaneous, romantic, a good guy (just like every other guy on here, I'm sure). Lot of luggage from the moves, but no baggage attached. I consider myself to be extremely well read, cultured and a supporter of the down and out arts. I am neither a player, nor a gamer... (although I do profess that if you own a system -360 or wii- I suck but will get sucked into playing... I just don't own a system.

I am a HUGE music fan (almost all types) and love great live music more than almost anything else. My current faves include (but by no means are limited to, as they change daily sometimes): Depeche Mode, Them Crooked Vultures, The Smiths, Nina Simone, We Are Scientists, Rage Against The Machine, Rise Against, Against Me, Girl Talk, Hawksley Workman, The The, The Clash...I could go on forever!!!

I love a bottle of good red wine now and then (why bother with a glass?), but enjoy it much more when shared with others!
