I love the outdoors and will generally try anything. I love skiing (generally at Heavenly since it is very convenient. this year with the snow it is a great place to ski. Would love to find more ski partners always. i also enjoy snow shoeing cross country, love hiking. Have dogs that keep me hiking while i laugh at their escapades in the woods. I've lived around lake tahoe for about 20 years now; i love the climate, mountains and proximity to so much else.
I enjoy gardening, house projects (although i often get in over my head! )
I am an extreme humanist so i doubt a LTR with a social conservative would work. I often think about living off the grid, i am certainly an old hippie type. LOL
I'm looking for someone who chooses to be active, is intelligent and does not mind an intelligent woman. A sense of humor is critical to me, I would rather laugh than cry any day. I'd like to find a man who enjoys hugs and touching but is not needy. I am generally too honest for my own good but i pride myself in the ability to look myself in the mirror at the end of every day and feel i have done my best with integrity.
I love to cook and enjoy finding new wines and restaurants almost as much as i enjoy cooking.

I'm pretty shy when meeting new people, although i get over it quickly. Because of that i would do better meeting you on a hike or skiing, snowshoeing, or taking dogs for a walk. I think dinner is way too staged for me at first.We live in an area that is incredibly breathtaking, it is a great icebreaker!
