A little about me: I'm truly the guy next door. Very down to earth, fun to be around, low key, extremely creative and definitely passionate. I'm also very respectful. Chivalry is not dead! I'm loyal (one woman man), affectionate, giving and family oriented. I always aim for the good in people. I do not like drama. I am very responsible. Lets see what else? I try to always have a project going on. Be it drawing, painting, playing guitar, wood working/carving, gardening, interior decorating. yes I said that! I love to cook and even shop...yes I said that too!

I like the outdoors. I love watching the weather. I'll go up to Creve Coeur park just to watch a sunset or see a thunderstorm roll in. I would love to have a house on a hill where I could see for miles and miles. I have a few friends that go camping about an hour south of St. Louis. We hang out on a boat or around a camp fire playing music. So I'd like to find someone who would enjoy that.

I also believe in staying fit. I like to bike ride or walk at a park. Swim, play tennis or soccer. Anything to get the cardio going.

I am a big music fan. I've played guitar for some 20 years. I mostly like classic rock, hard rock, blues and Alternative rock but I also like stuff like Environmental music like Enigma and Enya. I enjoy seeing new bands.

I do consider myself an old soul. I put a lot of stock into understanding people, the world, politics and all the junk that follows behind. Most of it ends up being very trivial and comes down to understanding where you fit in all of it. I am a big believer in Karma.

If you love intellectual stimulation I can definitely hold my own. There's nothing like a long deep conversation over a glass of wine that ends with 2 people just staring into each others eyes with a built up desire to let our bodies do the rest of the talking.

For the most part I'm just a playful person. I'm very respectful and honest. I like a woman who has an independent streak in her and an aggressive side as well. I like a woman who knows how to flirt and enjoys the passionate side of love but will also take my goofy moments and jump right in and play along. I like to laugh. I watch America's funniest home videos all the time!

I'm ultimately looking for love but I will never rush it. Love is based off of creating memories and reflection. I'm wise enough to know that someone can grow on you and surprise you. You have to be willing to give someone a chance to shine. Which I think is missing with online dating and how busy we are these days. I'm happy on my own so I am also fine with just dating to date. As long is there is some common ground and honesty. It's always nice to get to know different types of people and have someone to pass time with.

Creve Coeur Park is always a great first date. Sunsets are awesome to watch there. Nice little beach to sit on. Dinner is always a great first date. The Loop is always great. Plenty of shops to check out or just sit outside and enjoy some food, drink and good conversation. I also like to kick back and play some pool or darts. I'm open to suggestions. If a connection is made, I like to get lawn seats for a concert or even take in a Rams, Cardinals or Blues game.
