About Me
I decided to go with the Sunfish because I try to be a bright spot in the dark world around me. Illuminating the lives of those I love with my youthful optimism, philanthropic nature, and exuberant personality.
If you're wondering what's up with the headline, it means once I say I'm gonna do something, no matter how ridiculous it seems, I will be victorious. And why do anything at all if you aren't interested in being the best at it?
I seem to be the most entertaining, light hearted, kind person I know. And personally, that makes me sad. (To clarify, that's because I'm looking for more of us. Not because I lack these qualities.) I returned here after the military hoping to be reinvigorated by the country atmosphere and all the good friends I left behind. However, most of the good friends got smart and got out of here. I am the most random, yet calculated, spontaneous person you could ever hope to meet. I just randomly do nice things for people out of the blue. Hell, even people I don't know. You never know when a random comment or act of kindness might make someone's day.
I don't yell, fight, or argue; and I believe that through communication anything can be worked to an amicable result.
I have a white female cat named 'Mortimer the Dog'. She's kind of a badass, which is cool because I've never had a cat before. It's different than a dog, way different.
I guess I'm looking for someone FUN, Trustworthy, Sincere, ABLE TO MAINTAIN INTELLIGENT CONVERSATION, and Easy to get along with (just like everyone else here.) I don't do uptight or spoiled, due to fundamental differences in personality. (Ok, sometimes a liiiittle bit of that attitude can be pretty d*mn attractive.)
I have a daughter who just turned two on the ninth of February, and she is pretty close to the prettiest kid on the planet. I'd say that even if I wasn't her dad, I mean really, look at her. Told you so. =] So, if you don't love kids you need not apply.
First Date
Personally it doesn't matter what we do, because if I am with someone that I can be comfortable with I'm down for whatever and I'm sure it will be a great time. Anything from a bike ride in the park, to getting shot up by paintballs (I suck) =[ to dinner and drinks, life is what you make it.
