| | well, I must say - I AM pretty fantastic! lol - really though, I'm just a very laid back person who likes to smile a lot and I consider myself equal parts optimist and realist. I love every aspect of nature (especially the big stuff like thunderstorms!) and I really like to laugh. I'm told I have a quick wit, and a great sense of humour. Basically if I can tease you about something and not only do you laugh at yourself, but you fire back a zinger at me - we'll get along just fine! I have a wide range of comedic flavour, if you will, but my preference is that of Simpsons/Family Guy (really if you don't find those funny, I just don't get you.) and Stewart/Colbert.
I'm short, sarcastic, and although I'm in good physical shape (ie. have run 10k, hoping for a half marathon in the fall) and try to take the steps necessary for a healthy lifestyle, I still have approx 30lbs to lose before I'm at my ideal weight. But don't get me wrong, I am a very happy and confident person no matter what. :)
I hope you don't think I'm being deceptive by putting 'average' body type - statistically speaking, I am average but that's not the only reason I put it - let's face it fellas - we're selling ourselves here, and 'average' gets more views than 'a few extra pounds' since 'a few extra pounds' may bring images of Shamu or some other large aquatic mammal to mind (don't pretend it doesn't! haha). So I'm just being upfront and honest :) and don't I get bonus points for that? oohh and extra for sassy! ;).
I'm just a low key kind of gal - pretty independant and not a super girly girl - though I'm not a slob or anything (Reitmans 1, haute coutoure zero!). You know these girls with a ton of make-up that are all dressed in high heels and spend 2hrs on their hair to just have it in a ponytail? not me. I am a t-shirt and flip flop kind of girl. And I'd much rather enjoy the wind, rain, and whatever may come - than worry about how it affects my hair.
I'm looking for someone who is humourous, witty, socially adept, and genuine. I really don't want to 'complete' anyone - I would hope they would be confident enough to be complete on their own - I would rather compliment someone - and that they do the same for me.
If you're still reading (and of course you are because I'm _that_ captivating!), I'll keep with the honesty vein and apologize in advance if I happen to not respond to a message. Unfortunately this internet dating thing combined with actual sociology makes it a hot-bed for snap judgements and split second decisions. It sucks, I know. I'm a nice person, I really am...very open-minded and non-judgemental, but if you barely have anything written in your profile, and just a 'hey' as your message - then cue the 'wohn wohn' disappointed sound effects and not much of an effort on my part in return. Same goes for bad spelling - but I realize that's just my own pet peeves sneaking through so I'll try to look past it as much as I can! :D (But it's tough!)
oh and finally, I don't have a public photo posted - not because I look like a mule (which is more than I can say for poor old Muley McMulerson), but because I like to keep certain aspects of my life somewhat private - and I don't want my face just 'out there' for anyone to see.... Damn that doesn't sound nearly cool enough.... um.. I mean - I'm with the witness protection program, and I don't want the mob family I've been ducking to come hunt me down. :) But if I interest you so far, just message me and I'll send along a pic.

If Moncton actually had an amusement park (no, Crystal Palace doesn't count), I'd say that! Anything that would offer a fun time and a good laugh :) Maybe Treego - that's a blast! :) And I'm hoping to sky-dive for the first time this summer so that would be cool. Wait actually, come to think of it - that would be a terrible first date! It would be hard to focus on each other when you're learning how to not die - and what if we do like each other and are all flirty and distracted and forget to pull the cord! no not a good idea at all!
