I have been a widow for over four years and feel it is time to enjoy life again. I am not looking to fill the shoes that were left due to cancer but if one can find another that shares the likes and common interests I have then a lot of things are possible. I am 67 and would like to spend time with someone who enjoyes similar interests. All of my children are grown and married and I have a number of grandkids. Only one lives close to my location. Being able to travel, go to the movies, dine out spend time outdoors or just walking in the park all with just a moments notice are great times. Even better if there is someone to do all this with you. I believe in chemistry and first impressions. Hardest thing is being able to cope with traits and habits that have developed over many years. Having been married for 28 years you get used to all that goes with living together, and that is hard to change. We had a great life and wonderful love and to be able to find that again would be like a new beginning.

A first date would be something like a long walk in the park, along the lake, at a zoo or even at a mall; meeting for coffee, lunch, dinner or****ails all at a location picked by the date. Having been in sales most of my life one can tell a lot by the expression on ones face, body language and eye contact as well as tone of voice. A first date meeting, or phone call, would reveal much about each other and allow personal information for each to base further meetings.
