About Me
I am down to earth, very intelligent, but not geeky. I am funny! :S, but am also sophisticated when need be. I am very caring, honest, witty, and can be sarcastic at times :S. I attract to the people that are happy go lucky and keep a positive outlook on life. I'm always doing something fun, taking a course, or am wrapped up in some project...but i always leave time for fun :). I love movies, relaxing, hanging out with friends, playing sports, and going to random places that i've never been.
More?
I am confident and a high acheiver. I have no limits, and at one time...wanted initailly to do the things that the most 'elite' do.
After highschool I was going to join the Navy Seals (Terrorist Divison 6)or FBI, but 'American Citizen' is/was required. Our RCMP (Canada) is not as good, or exciting to say the least. CSIS was an option, but I had to choose between an eventful life...or a 'family life', and you can't have both in this case. I chose family life and am glad I made that decsion to this day. War is just a political fight where you are a 'pond in a game of chess' to be moved by someone (Government Head) less intelligent than a grade 12 drop out. Did someone mention G. Bush???Risking your life for what? no thank you. I was then going to be something less exciting like a Firefighter or CSI which would have been great too, but I chose not to because in this area you often work 'shifts' and cannot lead a family life well. Just check the divorce statistics for these positions and you'll see why. (Stress on family, risk, terrible shifts = say goodbye to your family)
So i opted for a good paying job that would give me reg day hours...'Engineering', which,... pretty much bores the sh** out of me :S, but that's ok!!...:S Cause i got into something more 'exciting'!, I built my own business by age 25 and had goals of retiring by 35 in which i was attaining...until it got burned down in Dec.2005 (This greatly tested my sense of humor:S).
Why did I want to retire at 35? I just wanted to do whatever I wanted by that age and be able to take my family (if I had one by then) away in the winters, or just to travel and enjoy. Being 'rich' does not make you happy, but being able to do the things you want...and to enjoy it with the people you love? Now that sounds good to me... :)
First Date
First date? Dinner is always a great start. It doesn't matter to me really, as long as you can talk and see if there's chemistry. After that...sky is the limit! Pretty simple eh? (lol)
Ciao
