Id pick them up, then take them to a nice restaurant, with a nice view and menu, and wine and dine them. Then maybe catch a movie or a for a walk along the beach and just talk. Or maybe grab a drink a a laid back lounge. Then a nice scenic cruise on the way home, and hopefully they will agree to a second date lol!
