"A Man That Knows What He Wants," seems to be the most common trait a woman is looking for in a man. THEREFORE -----> The most important question I need to answer is: What Do I Want?

For the long term, I know what. I do not know how I get there. (you ask, “is this guy a politician?”) no I am not. Remember all the metaphors for life? One of my favourites is: Joy is not in the destination, but the journey. Two roads diverged in the wood, I took the one less traveled and it made all the difference. Make like a tree and leaf. ( I ran out of the life metaphors )

So I start by writing you a message to say hello. Some times I get to call a woman, some of them I meet, a few of them are friends.

I can make all the plans I want, establish a system, make restrictions and then one day, something happens. Rather like the scene in the movie Shrek. Where the angry guards are chasing the heroes around the castle. In a valiant attempt to save his friends, the Suave swashbuckling cat stops to make a stand. He does it with the cute kitty cat eyes. OK, well bad example, but what I am trying to say, people interact with each other. Sometimes that interaction becomes an explosive reaction, in a good way. All you plans are changed.

That’s what I want. To go up in flames!

Yes, I will be attracted to you by the intensity of your smile.

Your great looks, great body, lots of money, and confidence will not catch me. Well, let's not get carried away on the money part too much. Actually a good body goes a long way too. I know that looks are only skin deep but they sure do help when you have to look at each other every day. But I digress.

The woman that catches eye with have an intense smile. If you can not smile in a picture, now, you won't be able to smile in my life when you are 80.

So, what am I? I am a guy that likes do all those things listed earlier. Even with all of those interests, you may not like me if:


You like couch potatoes,
You never get jokes,
You wet your pants when you laugh,
Kissing is a turn-off,
You have take a compliment,
Being worshiped like a goddess makes you feel uncomfortable,
Your next 12 weekends are scheduled in your planner,
You can never let your hair down,
You are high maintenance,
You do not like being looked at,
Me smelling your hair creeps you out,
Tight hugs give you Closter phobia, or you wear your colostomy bag too high,
You don't have any interests to talk about,
When someone starts a knock-knock-joke you get up and check the door,
You think boys have cutties, (women have written me and given me 3 different spellings of this word)
You like running your fingers through a man's hair, (I don't have much)
Your relationship is on a time line,
You are put off by my list,
You need complete order in your life,
You cannot do anything on the spur-of-the-moment,
You seek a conventional man,
You do not like surprises,
You hate little notes showing up in your lunch,
You cannot stand those cans that look like food in the frig but when you open them there is a little jump-out-at-cha snakes,
You have to do all the cooking,
You cannot forgive when you find the laundry all done but a red thingy bled on your nice blouse, oooopppss

Taking a walk is good, I feel relaxed and can hold a nice conversation while walking. Then we could sit at an outdoor coffee shop. OK, that is meeting.

Most woman want to meet first, I don't blame them. The stories I have heard!
