I make my living as a video editor while I write a screenplay for my first feature film, which I hope to make in the next year or so.

I'm not religious, but my faith in a higher power is the foundation of my relationship to life. It's not easy being a human being in this world, but it is often very fun; and when it is challenging, the growth that comes from facing the challenges life gives us makes all the struggles worth the effort. (And I simultaneously think that this paragraph is incredibly important and also sounds totally cheesey.)

I'm creative, and a big fan of all forms of art. I love to take pictures.

I do (and teach) T'ai Chi.

I'm a good listener. I'm a romantic.

Once I form a bond with someone, I am *rather* affectionate. *Very* rather.

I give good advice, if you want it. I also give good backrubs.

I love karaoke and can bring the house down with "Rebel Yell" or "Pour Some Sugar on Me."

I'm an optimist.

I work hard to grow, to be more than I was yesterday, to live with clarity and intention and awareness.

I make corny jokes and terrible puns. And the occasional zinger. ("Zinger? I hardly even know her!") (Yeah, now you get it.)

How do you feel about singing in front of a room full of strangers in various states of inebriation? But, after good conversation and fun chatting over dinner, of course. Then again, maybe karaoke can wait for date #2 or #3...

How about just coffee or a drink and a chance to see what we think of each other before we get into all that wacky fun? I'm all for taking things slowly these days. Let these things take the time they need so we know what we really think & feel about each other, right?
