Well I suppose I'll start by introducing myself, my name is Marjorie, Hi *waves hand* I grew up in Germany through the military and I'm thankful for my early experiences in traveling because they have had an enormous impact on who I am today. My biggest passion in life is traveling and my top goal in life is to visit all 7 continents.. I have lived in 3 (Europe, U.S., and Asia) and I think it would be pretty amazing to be able to say that I've lived in all 7- but I know that won't happen so at least visiting will have to do.

I'm pretty laid back and easy going about stuff, especially after living in Thailand for almost 6months and adopting the philosophy of "mai pen rai" basically meaning no worries. Just imagine me being wheeled out of my apt in Thailand by an ambulance crew about to take me 3hours away to Bangkok as I tell people "mai pen rai" lol.. TRUE STORY!

Other than traveling I like to spend most of my time with friends. I'm not the party type so I prefer spending time just hanging out, going to the movies, getting some dinner, exploring the city a bit, whatever. I love photography, I'm not a pro or anything but I still enjoy taking pictures all the time. I also love music and enjoy going to concerts, musicals, plays, and the sort.

I'm a very ambitious and goal oriented person and education is very important to me. I graduated a semester early from college back in December 2008.. I studied psychology and international human rights with the hope of someday becoming a clinical psychologist but I'm now unsure of what I want to do.. I was thinking about going to teach for a year overseas but a bad car accident sorta ruined my plans. I'm now working for BJC as a social worker making nickels and dimes to work with people who often drive me completely nuts.. fun times haha...

I plan on going back to school in the next year to start taking science courses so I can go to grad school for either physical therapy or physician's assistant... never liked science courses very much so wish me luck :) lol

So on to the types of guys I like I suppose... I like guys that are intelligent, ambitious, goal oriented, and funny. If you're intelligent and can make me laugh you're off to a great start! I don't expect a guy to know exactly what he wants in life right now but he needs to be goal oriented and have some clue of a life direction. I dislike slackers. Guys that have a strong desire to travel are a huge plus! If you're looking for a "friends with benefits" or anything similar keep moving.. I'm not going to be your booty call.. I don't like people that play games so if you're the type that likes to play stupid games thinking it will make me like you more or something don't bother because I find them annoying. If I like someone I'll be pretty honest about it so I expect the same.
