****s******* I have met somebody and am not currently interested in meeting anyone else ****s*******s**I am a really smart and fun loving girl. I am a girly female but I am not high maintenence. I like to have engaging conversations with a wide variety of people. I am outspoken, confident, and independent. I am quick to stand up for myself and those who can't stand up for themselves. Respect is very important to me, so I always treat people with respect if they have earned it from me. I am going to college right now and majoring in journalism. Eventually I would like to get a job as a newspaper columnist or something similar. My personal goal is to begin writing a novel and see where it goes. In my free time I like to hang out with friends. I go to the bars on the weekends sometimes or parties when I hear of them. I don't drink so I am always the sober driver and the protector of my drunk girlfriends. I like doing things outdoors now that it's nice out again. Camping, hiking, and canooeing are all things that I really enjoy. I have a great personality and am often times the life of the party. As far as music goes I listen to almost everything, but I'm not really into heavy metal and goth type stuff. I like to read all sorts of books, especially when I learn something I didn't know from them. Then I spread the knowledge.

I am looking for someone who has goals and is going after them or has achieved them. Good personality, sense of humor, and variety of interests is important. Respectful, caring, and independent are also good criteria. I mostly want someone I can just hang out with and laugh and have a good time. I would like to meet someone who enjoys being outdoors and likes to be active. Also, being happy with your own life is really important. I don't want someone who wants a girlfriend to complete them somehow. I want someone who would be fine without me but would love to have me around. Ultimately I would like to find someone to be in a long-term relationship with, but taking things slow is always best.

I am a pretty cheap date....although I am old fashioned, I like to be pursued. I don't really like going out to eat, but a picnic or something outdoors would be nice. I usually give the guy a few hints and let him plan the date.
