I am looking for a woman who can be a friend, a companion, and a lover. Someone who is just as interesting while standing in line somewhere as she is when we are skiing. I am looking for someone who likes to travel, whether weekend trips or month long vacations. I forgot to mention scuba diving under interests. I have almost finished raising my own children and am not averse to helping raise more with the right woman. My ex has our children in her home but I live near my kids and I spend some time with them almost every day. My children that is, not my EX.!

I run a small business and have the free time to pursue my interests which range from Scouts with my son to Hunting with my oldest daughter to Mission trips and Treks with all three kids to travelling on my own or with someone special. I will say up front that I like to stop and read the Historical Markers when driving and the Labels in the Museums and anywhere else they label things. When I am not doing things with my kids I like to see movies, go to dinner, concerts, museums and similar things that there are to do in the city. Not much into dancing or club scene as I do not drink, but I will go people watching occasionally. No problems with my date drinking. But I do not. When I have time, I like to go to my land up near Nocona. I hunt a bit and raise a few cattle when we are not in a drought year. Hobbies are Business, Hunting, Travel , Anything Outdoors, Shooting Sports, Ranching on a small scale and too much more to list here. I read a lot and try and stay up to date on politics and world news. Not so much on sports that I do not play, although I get freebies to the Cowboys from Vendors and ALWAYS make those games.

It says to talk about my taste in Music. Well I like almost everything out there with a few exceptions: Rap, Jazz, and Disco never really worked for me. Stangely enough, Reggae does work for me, along with Country, Rock, Folk, Classical and Marching Band Tunes. (All three kids in the Band). I am not particular enough to list favorite Bands, Groups or Artists. When at the movies I prefer Action, Comedy, or Sci-Fi or better yet Action, Comedic, AND Sci-Fi. (Men in Black, Hancock, etc.) Not at all keen on slasher movies and I WILL go to a "chick flick" if acompanied by a woman. I do not watch a lot of TV except for the morning news at the gym. At home I like to watch History Channel, Discovery Channel and movies, sometimes over a several day period. Pretty busy with things right now. Well, I am not sure how much more space I have but I am stopping here.

Dinner and a movie. Maybe a little tame but getting to know someone is easier when things are not too noisy to talk. And some of the outdoor things I like to do are better done if you know in advance your date likes them.
