Let's be honest, we are all looking for someone that can make us feel good about who we are. I am pretty happy with who I am and what I have going on in my life, but I would like to find someone with similar interests so when we are together we can have fun and just enjoy life.

I like to go to the bar, but I do not have to shut it down to feel like the night was a success. I'd like to find someone that enjoys going out drinking and socializing but does not need to get wasted every time they go out to have a good time.

I enjoy playing and watching just about any sport. I need someone that can at least tolerate it when there is a big game on TV and if you are into the game even better. I would like someone that is active and at least a little competitive so we can go bowling, golfing, play tennis, basketball, softball, or other activities and BOTH have a good time.

I do not enjoy cold weather unless I am on a ski trip. I love the summer and the water whether it's the lake, river, or a pool. I have a dog and he is my boy so you must like dogs too. If you have a dog we can have a play date for them. I have a Rottweiler and he may look mean, but he's a gentle guy. I like to take him out to the lake or a local park and just enjoy the summer weather. Would you like to join me??

I am not a jealous guy and if you give me a reason to be then you are not a very good person. Likewise, I need someone that is trusting and not a jealous type.

I don't have kids but I like kids and I am sure someday I'll be ready to have a couple. Right now I am enjoying my 1 year old(as of Nov 09) neice and she is a cutie. If you have kids it's not a problem for me, just be a good mom. They didn't get to choose you so you owe it to them to give them the skills and opportunities to have a happy and successful life.


If I do something stupid I'll be the first one to point it out and laugh about it, so feel free to join me. Keep in mind though that I'm going to point our your silly/stupid moves and laugh right back, so don't take it personal. If we cannot laugh at/with each other it's going to be a dull time.

I do like to go out with the guys occasionally and don't mind if you go out with the girls. I think it is healthy and it is important to me. If that's a problem for you I would like to know that up front.

If you are independent that is great, but you don’t have to try and prove it to me. If you’ve made it this far without me it’s pretty obvious that you could keep going without me. I too can do just fine on my own, but I’d like to find someone that I know I can depend on and that can depend on me as well. To me that is a big part of any kind of relationship. So it's hard to have a friendship or otherwise if you are constantly trying to be INDEPENDENT.

It just depends on how comfortable we are with each other. No movies, I don't see the point in sitting in silence for 2 hours with someone I know nothing about. Maybe dinner and then shoot some pool somewhere. I love bowling even though I suck at it so that's always an option. If you'd be more comfortable keeping it informal we can grab some sandwiches and find a park and soak up the sun while we get to know each other.
