I am a down to earth person, I enjoy my life and career, although it would be better to share my life with someone.

I have 3 very good kids that I am proud of and whom I enjoy spending time with. One is out of college and working near Chicago, two are still in high school. My daughter lives with me and I really enjoy having her around.

I like dinner out, cooking dinner together with a bottle of wine, sitting around a fire, going for walks, bike rides. Have had a couple vacations at the Outer Banks, would like to make that a regular spot, cannot beat the sun, waves, sand between your toes.

My dream is to retire somewhere warm, where they don't sell snow shovels, at least for part of the year. I like the change of seasons, winter gets, well you know..long....

I am a practicing catholic, I enjoy going to church, it is some quite time to reflect and to be thankful for all that we have.

I am honest, upfront and I will not play games. I like being active, do you enjoy and participate in life, please don’t be someone that wants to sit on the sidelines and watch life pass them by. There is so much to enjoy in this world, it is not as much fun watching it on TV as it is going there in person. I have seen a large part of this country, but I still some left to go. I got my passport and am looking for a partner willing to explore everything this world has to offer.

I would like to meet someone that is willing to try new things, I think spontaneity is a good thing. I am looking for someone who is upbeat and positive, it is important to have a passion for the things important to you, a sense of humor, and a desire to have fun.
