I'm Eric. I'm 20 with a BA. of science in computer animation. I work in a digital production studio here in Austin(well, I did..except I was laid off >.). I've heard far to many times that I act older than my age and whether that is true or not is for you to decide! I love what I do, and I have a driven passion to create art. My work involves making art for other people and when I come home I make more art for my self. I've found that it can be quite critical that I find time in the day to let my self scribble, or paint something or just anything creative. It's a wonderful outlet. I'm a maya/photoshop/zbrush junky.

I haven't been in Austin to long, though so far I really enjoy it. I hope some day I have the chance to travel and visit different places. My camera is usually attached to my hip, I love to shoot things. (Side note: I chuckle at that line)

For the most part I'm easy going and not to much stresses me out (except school loans arghhhhh). I don't take much serious and that includes myself. You may find that I have such an overly sarcastic personality at times that it probably doesn't even make sense. Other times I just go with my surroundings, there's a good chance you won't find me angry or frustrated often.

I'm hoping to meet some people who are fun to be around as well as able to engage into some kind of intellectual conversation. I would by lying to say I didn't enjoy deep conversation over a cup of coffee.

I don't tend to party often, which is the result of a bunch of factors. Part past, mixed with being the only one under 21 in a house of mates, not knowing a ton of people in Austin but mostly; just not really caring to be part of that scene. I rather catch a cheesy flick at the Alamo or find my way on top of a building to take some sweet photos. If not that, just being creative and making some art or enjoying coffee with someone. Perhaps if your the type of person who party's or clubs or goes to the bar quite often you might find me a bit boring (bummer..right).

Besides drawing and such my biggest hobby is photography! I managed to get my self a fancy little dslr and would be pretty cool to find some people to go out shooting with! =P

I like to play games from time to time but surprisingly don't play as often as even I would figure I would. Years ago I was a WoW addict but kind of lost my knack for mmos.

I would just like to meet out for coffee or a walk down park ave. or something of the sort. I think a restaurant or something like that is to tense, If anything just meet somewhere public to see if any thing clicks!
