I work in a business that is all female; I volunteer my time in the Community Theatre (as do a lot of woman & gay individuals and retirees); I don't do the club and bar thing (and can you really meet someone serious that way anyway?); so that leaves the online dating scene and so here I am.

I am a sweet, caring, fun and interesting individual. I am independant and professional, yet fun and young at heart. I love the theatre and I am a trained theatre set, costume and lighting designer. I am very creative and artsy, I love animals and family is very important to me.

I love to camp, ski, travel, go for walks, bird watch, read, catch a movie and try anything new like taking a glass blowing class.

I have been single for about 4 years now and I am ready to settle down with the right guy. The right guy for me will be sweet, affectionate, employed, independent, non-smoker, animal lover, funny, mature, clean (in all sense of the word) and a gentleman. Age is just a number however I would prefer to meet someone between 32 and 40.

I am NOT looking for a one night stand, phone or net sex. I think a fist date should be simple but should involve a way in which we can comminicate...so not a movie or a play. Maybe a walk along the river, I love the zoo or a dance lesson. Something fun and different!
