hate writing about myself like this, but I understand that it's the hook. So, here goes.
I am a teacher, and I love my job. It takes up a lot of my time, but I don't mind, because I find it so fulfilling. I am very lucky to have a permanent teaching job, and I'm likely going to be in this area for a while. My family and my friends are the two most important things in my life right now. I can't imagine my life without them.
I love music. I love to sing, but my talent is debatable. I love to read - it's my favorite way to relax, a book and a cup of tea. I try my best to stay active and fit. I love going to the beach in the summer, but I'm not a strong swimmer and the water often makes me nervous, but, I still love the beach. I don't really like the winter, mostly because it is cold! ha. I want to try snowboarding this winter (but let it be known that I've said that for the past three winters and have yet to do it..... no one seems to want to teach me...)
I guess now is the time to express what I'm looking for. But in all honesty, who really knows what they are looking for? I guess I am looking for someone to spend time with, who will laugh at my stupid jokes and sing along to the radio with me (because I always sing along to the radio!)
