I’m a fun-loving, independent woman who also has a deep, contemplative, spiritual side.

Did you ever wish you had a partner who loved adventure and loved to dance, too? Well, some of the highlights of my life were flying on a trapeze, skiing out in Colorado and dancing with a man that was as crazy about dancing as I am.

I consider myself very lucky, as my profession (a mind/body psychotherapist) and my passions (health, wellness, movement and spirituality) are intertwined. I love helping people to think and feel about themselves in ways that they never thought were possible.

I've been blessed with many strong men in my life, both friends and colleagues, as well as three great sons with big open hearts. Dating over the last few years has challenged me to learn more about the male gender and I think I have been a very good student.

I’ve been told that I am both courageous and tenacious, but I also love being a woman. I enjoy giving when it’s least expected and get great pleasure in providing a warm and inviting home. I’m easy to please, flexible, appreciative,sensuous,love to kiss and cuddle, and have great respect for both partner’s need for personal time and space.

I would love to find a guy who is “up” for fun and adventure, and who also enjoys exploring some of the deeper aspects of life.
