Let’s see if I can try real hard not to do the common and predictable “Tired of playing games” routine we all see in these sections.

Single young man, destined to be born at the turn of the 20th century but indavertently sent to the future and amazed by culture shock and new technlogical occurences such as "Iphones" and "Text messages" (But has his laptop attached to his hip) seeks appropriate female companion to acclimate him to today's weirdness for fun and memories.

I’ve seen a number of things, and have learned that they are better when you have someone close to see them with you. I’ve wanted to be able to just lie down and look at the stares on a clear night, far away from the light pollution. I’ve already watched snowstorms come and go during both day and night, sometimes over a foot deep, and regret having had no one along to admire the simplistic beauty of the snowfall and how mere streetlights reflecting off all the flakes give the night a colorful aura. Someone to watch the sunrise with (though I will say, half the fun is trying to stay up for that one!). I've travelled to various cities in the US for work and fun, and plan on going to Australia, an then Africa once the right time arrives. The rest on the continents will follow eventually, but I really only want to go with someone who likes the idea of jaunting away for a bit. The experience is nowhere near is fun alone as it is with someone else.

Pretty much I am looking for someone I can have fun with. Hang out, kill time, enjoy watching the world go by. Even if it means non-romantical (Though I'm a hopeless romantic at heart; I just hide it well) and just platonic. I hope to find someone I can be proud to have at my side when coming and going, and that they feel the same about me. Nobody should feel like they are just a convenience for someone else, to be discarded when its opportunistic to do so.

I want to be able to have serious discussions, and still be able to be silly, maybe even slightly immature (but not childish or embarrassing). I am always up for something different, and since I moved to Augusta a year ago, I'm still looking for things to do (Anyone have good suggestions?). Oh, and would a good fashion/interior decorating sense as well be out of the question?, since I’m currently shopping for furniture for my apartment. No? Oh well, had to try.

While my opinions can be classified as Conservative Libertarian, I don't want someone who feels they need to agree with everything I think or say, or vice versa. I just want them to respect my opinion, as I do theirs. I'm pretty independent, but also very caring, and want someone the same in that regard.

I would have to say it would depend on who I am going out with. My tastes are varied and I'm willing to try out new things. I typically prefer a quieter, low key event, such as coffee, conversation, and walks around town. Although a mini-golf course always catches my eye when I drive by the putt-putt.
