Okay, y'all... I'm currently working on revamping this profile. So, here are a few things about me...

I'm a 19 year old film student here in Boston
I'm also a spoken word poet, and a writer (which is my main passion)
I'm definitely a very nice guy who in general respect people.
I genuinely like people and get along with almost everybody.
I'm definitely a guy who is a realist
I've learned to appreciates people and see what role they play in the sculpting of my existence.
I love movies, and collect them. and, I love watching them, and talking about them.
I'm a hip hop head, I only listen to real hip hop, jazz, and some rock. none of that synthetic Disney Channel stuff we hear on the radio...
I'm also a person who has been hurt before, and wants to avoid that..
BUT I (as a somewhat cynical optimist) wants to give things another chance and see if there is anyone out there for me (and I believe there is)...
now, to get into the meat of this whole thing...
I'm all about honesty. I want an honest woman who will tell me when things are wrong, what they're feeling, and if I'm doing anything wrong. I really need you to be an honest person. If you're not honest, then you might as well hit the back button...

Truthfully, I'm not too picky. I just want the woman to be strong and independent. I try not to be a stereotypical guy, so I don't want a stereotypical woman (if that makes sense). I like going to the movies, going to a show, or simply just chilling out at home... since those are the only activities that don't involve alcohol (I don't drink, if that's gonna be a problem, then... sorry... I guess). I don't mind drinking or smoking, I just choose not to do it.
But, the most important part is that I find someone who understands me as a person, someone that I can relate to on a more personal basis. Sex is fine (but a bit overrated), but it's not at all important to me. I wanna know the person first. I'm looking for friends, because relationships are not what I need right now. I want to be that guy that makes someone else happy. that is it's own reward, I guess...
