I also know when to relax and enjoy myself. I like vacations though it's been a while since I've had one- looking for the right traveling partner!
I take care of myself and work out regularly - it's great for your mind and body. I've got a nice job. I'm not going to get rich and retire to my own private island, but I enjoy what I do and like the people I get to work with which I think is something not many can lay claim to.
I have a sarcastic and sophomoric sense of humor - things like above quote from Anchorman. I also like Caddyshack, Old School, Wedding Crashers, Tommy Boy, and shows like Scrubs and The Office are some of my favorites. I'm also educated enough to know how to use the word sophomoric, which should probably count for something.
I'm looking for someone who can both get goofy with and carry on an intelligent conversation. I'm not asking for a thesis each night at dinner, or even the ability to drop CNN knowledge on me a few times a day. Just somebody who is more aware of the world around them, locally, nationally, globally, etc,.... than Britney's latest crisis du jour. Don't get me wrong - I enjoy E and the 75th season of the real world, but when that's the only thing you have to offer, I may start to quickly question your intellectual capacity.
I'm also looking for someone who can eventually be my best friend. I have guy friends and like hanging out with them, but I think when you settle down, it should be with someone who can eventually be your best friend.

Running the risk of being somewhat cliche' but dinner and/or drinks at a quite bar or restaurant is probably a pretty good start.
