*Time to Update*

It seems as though, in my last paragraph, which was the ONLY paragraph, that I have failed to mention those qualities about me that ladies prefer to know...

Even though it is in general terms that I may say that I am 'well-rounded' in my preferences of activity, or IN-activity, it has come to mind that I may need to be a little more articulate. So here goes...

I like to go to the shopping malls (mostly to people-watch), as well as, sitting at a picnic spread under a nice shade tree. I like to go biking (or driving) down roads that I have never traveled, as well as, strolling along the shore at night and watching the waves play with the moon's reflection. I like to be adventurous out on a stormy night, as well as, snuggling on a cozy couch watching a good movie on that same stormy night. I like playing with the kids, or the grandkids, as well as, spending quality time alone with that 'special' one.

...maybe this is the 'Gemini' in me...

I dislike drama and comotion. I believe in 'God and Country' (VERY patriotic because I know Who made it the greatest country on Earth!) Chivalry is NOT dead...I believe in opening doors for ladies, holding their chair for them at a restuarant, helping them with their jacket or coat, etc...! I am a great listener. I think a 'partnership' is the 'sharing' of each other, through good times, as well as, the not-so-good times. I am 'romantic', as well as, 'pragmatic'. I like to fix things, as well as, not 'fixing' things when they don't need to be. My children are grown, and, I have NO 'nagging' exs. I have been told (on numerous occasions) that I am an excellent kisser. Once I have been 'hooked' (POF pun intended!) I am there to stay. I have been divorced for 14 years...just haven't found the right one yet!

All of these qualities and characteristics are due to years of learning and growing in maturity. I know that I am not totally there yet, as there is so much more to learn.

I know that true 'unconditional love' means desiring to give and give and give...not expecting anything in return...AND...if the other person has that same 'unconditional love', and gives and gives and gives...then...the cycle is complete! Then, you WILL RECIEVE it back!!! Gee, that must be AWESOME!!!

~~ A note about the 'Favorites' list = I understand when ladies wonder why put them on the favorites list, and then not contact them...I'm not sure about the other guys, but, for me, it is merely a 'bookmark'. If I see a lady's profile that looks like we may have 'potential', and I do not save her to 'favorites'...what if she may be the 'one'! Then, I would have lost her in this great big 'sea' of people!?! I just don't want to lose you! We all know that we will have to 'throw back' the non-keepers in order to finally get to the keeper. I will eventually get to you - my 'keeper'!!!

As for the photos...my friends tell me that they don't do me justice. So, sometime in the near future, I will update them.

*Now - as they say (...and who are "THEY" anyway!!!) - back to the show...*

I try to have fun and be open-minded about everything! I am willing to try most anything! I like almost all types of music! You should be "all of the above"... I have a "Harley" and love to ride - I ride almost all the time (as long as the road isn't slick!!) I have an extensive musical background, including, but not limited to: play about a half-dozen instruments, can install and troubleshoot sound systems, can computer-multitrack recordings, can put together and run karaoke and dance-mix events, play keyboards & bass in Country and Rock bands,...can even tune a piano...(but can't tuna fish!?!) Let's see if we can "boot-scoot" or "rock around the clock"!!! I have been in the military and have seen different parts of the world. I believe in the 'Golden Rule', and that we should accept each other as we are...

Meet for a Coke or coffee. This way there is no pressure...

~*~ You know the card trick where the magician takes your card, puts it into the deck, shuffles, then, throws the pack at the wall...and your card is the 'one' that sticks! POF is kinda like that! ***We all have to go thru the pack of cards (mostly 'Jokers'...Ha!) to find the one that "sticks"!!!***
