My pet hate is poor spelling and grammar.  There really is absolutely no excuse for ignorance nowadays, and you really should know the difference between their, there and they're by now.
I also have a distinct dislike for feet and the words 'corned beef'... Random? Maybe... but hey I never professed to be perfect!
