Well (where to start), I recently moved to Vermont for business purposes from Miami, Fl. (where I grew up), and I can't say enough nice things about the beautiful slice of Heaven in Vt., however, our company is now expanding to other markets and I don't have to just be in the NE, so it looks like, "Bradenton Beach, Fl. here I am" (Don't everyone scream all at once...)!
I moved to the area a couple weeks ago, as I have lots of family and friends in the area. I LOVE having the beach out my back door, but I must say, that the over 30 singles scene is not very visable yet... (But then I just got here) So, "Let's Rock!"
As for my personality and interests, I have many (INTERESTS). Life shows me interesting situations, challenges, potential friends and opportunities to make a difference in what we leave in the wake of our lives every day. My greatest interest is making people smile. I have many hobbies such as flying, fishing, boating, theatre, music, and all types of art, particularly the performing arts. I play the drums in a Jazz/Rock band, as well as in Church, and walking a spiritual path is very important to me. I also have patent political beliefs that do not side with any party, but rather are simply what is right and fair to me, but does not require anyone's endorsment. I am a professional and although I have a lot of fun doing just about anything, I make my work fun and exciting, so that I am always happy to wake up each morning. Environmental Management is my current occupation, and I pray that I can help do my part to help make this world a little better for those who will inherit it. I know that I’m not alone, so this will happen in our lifetime…
I love Music (especially live performances), in almost any genre, but my favorite is Jazz, and Classic Rock. I love good food, and sexy conversations about where we are going to be in ten yrs. I enjoy golf, skiing, water sports, theater, dancing, movies, entertaining, cooking, and all forms of art. I understand that there are 3 world Class Museums here and there are 5 or 6 Theatres in Sarasota...! (?) That true?
I am a father of 2 teenage girls, one is at U of N.C., and one is in Coral Gables with her Mom. I am divorced for 10 yrs now (we get along great), and although I can't see the girls daily or weekly, we speak at least twice a week. Being of Italian & Jewish backgrounds I am a family man through & through. I am also a Cancer, so I'm very loyal. I am of Judea Christian faith, but I don't subscribe to any "Organized" religions; howeveer I have a personal and glorious relationship with God, and I consider myself to be more spiritual than religious.
What else... (Hmm) I am not a very good typist nor speller so I'd prefer to get to know someone through this sight by telephone conversation than working my fingers to the bone. Besides, my communication skills are much better and in person I can feel the energy, so I'd rather not create a dozen "Pen Pals" if you know what I mean.
