L@@king for conversation, companionship, intimacy and LTR. Residential parent of one fantastic 15 yr old son. He is # 1 in my life. Most of my spare time is spent doing things we both enjoy. We fly, fish, boat, swim, camp, ski (water&snow) and race motocross bikes. We like to dine out, and occasionally go to a movie, garage sale, flea market, golf (poorly), ice-fish and snowmobile. We fly to a second home in the Northwoods of Wisconsin as often as we can. Looking for the companionship of someone who knows what they want in life, has similar interests, a sense of adventure, enjoys the outdoors, and a good sense of humor with a little sarcasm.

Now for the stuff I'm proud to admit. No disease, No drugs. I drink the alcohol equivalence of about 1 six-pack per year, but am not opposed to drinking socially. Don't have any tattoos or piercings, but don't mind if you do in moderation. Never cheated on my wife. Never been arrested. Never hit a woman (or man). No orders of protection. Financially sound. Oh ya, the crotch of my pants is where it's supposed to be, not down by my knees, the bill of my cap always faces forward, and I usually greet people I meet with a hi, hey or howdy and a hand shake or hug, not waazzz-up-dude and some kind of sign language

I'm a self-employed heavy truck & equipment mechanic. Work hard and play hard. I've built my own home and several other buildings. I like building things and working with my hands, and not embarrassed to say very good at it. There isn't much I can't build or repair. So my hands are often callused, scared and dirty. Don't worry, I shine up nicely when I need to, but if your hoping for manicured fingernails, sorry.

I'm a country boy at heart. I prefer country living and wide-open space. If that space is full of lakes, fir trees, mountains and horses, it doesn’t get much better. I enjoy a good campfire, and watching a thunderstorm roll in.

I'm an instrument rated pilot and love flying. Most trips are to the Northwoods for fishing and occasionally skiing.

Don't be alarmed that I've mentioned fishing several times. I'm not one of those guys that's "gone fishin" every weekend, and I don't take trips with "the guys". The only guy I fish with is my little buddy, my son.

And now for the stuff I'm not so proud to admit. Can't cook worth a darn, and not that interested in learning. I can fix a washing machine much better than I know how to use one correctly. I don't care to read books any more than I have to, I don't enjoy it. My typing skills are limited to hunt-n-peck. I go downtown when I have to, not because I want to, and that’s not very often. I’m not a big pro-sports fan, don’t mind if you are so long as you don’t expect me to wear a big wedge of cheese on my head. My son is a Packers fan. I do smoke, and would love to find someone to help me QUIT. Prefer non-smoker, for that reason.
