i don't understand why it's so hard to meet people who are remotely compatible with who i am... lol... am i that strange?

if i were to list everything, we'd have a laundry list... here's the elevator pitch version - very strong personality, tolerant to a point, full of ambition but i'm definitely not a career woman, i tend to like what i like and i can't really apologize for that - nor do i want to... i like trying new things so i refuse to become at all stagnant.... i'm also pretty easy to please (i think) - it's all about the little things...

let me also give you a heads up on things that leave a bad taste in my mouth:
- question "what do you like to do for fun?"
- "tell me about yourself"
- rushing me
- bad or no pictures
- a poor attitude if i politely tell you i'm not interested

finally, (and this has been added as of 8/09) faith is very important to me... if you and i can't claim the same basic beliefs and we can't attend a church service together, then there's very little chance that we can build a lasting romantic relationship...

enjoy the very thoughtful date that has been planned for me... HINT HINT... i'm sorta kinda old fashioned in that, i really don't want to have to take control of a situation ... MEANING, i shouldn't be planning a first date...

now, on the flip side, i would love to do something that's new to me on a first date... so that also means that the person who takes me out would need to try to get to know some things about me before planning the date, in order to make it something really special...
