I’m seeking that elusive, Christian, magical spark that we can slowly develop into an enduring and passionate relationship through an open exchange of ideas, expression of feelings and sharing of experiences. I’m a healthy, fit, responsible and stable guy--physically, emotionally and financially--with a commitment to spending time with people I care about. I am sociable, with a circle of long-term friends. I am open, ready and mature enough to be a good marriage or long-term prospect.
I consider myself a “native” of Tampa, although I was a military boy until the age of seven when my family settled here. At that time, Tampa was a safe place with lots of open space for kids to roam, have independent adventures and invent all kinds of toys and games. My parents were warm and affectionate with us kids and with each other, so I am fortunate to have had a strong model of “good parenting” and romantic, lasting “old-fashioned love.”
I am a curious guy, read for information rather than for escape, and watch educational TV programs, i.e., the History Channel, PBS, Nova, etc. Politically I am moderate and independent; that is, I will vote for the best man or woman, independent of his or her political party. Despite a wonderful Bible college background and strong Christian values, I do not care for fanaticism.
Physical activity is important to me: I regularly ride my bicycle, walk and lift weights; I also enjoy tennis, fishing, golfing, boating and snow skiing. I love music, especially jazz.
There is an adventurous side to me as well: I like exploring foreign cuisines and enjoy traveling. I have visited Denver, Hollywood, Manhattan, Moscow, Niagara Falls and more. I have bought a motorcycle for some additional adventure.

There are a few things that are important to me. Your height to weight is acceptable. Truthful. A goal to be committed to one man. You have a pleasant demeanor. You like to joke around. You must have a relationship with Jesus Christ.
