I'm an honest, Caring and fun guy, so I'm told. I have many interests and am looking to explore and learn new things. I have always wanted to learn about Wine. What the difference is between them, what to drink when and what the different tastes are I wouldn’t mind meeting someone that is into working out some and wouldn't mind playing motivator so I can get in better shape.
I have a black Lab, Izzy and she is my closest friend so it would be good if you were a dog lover.
I hope to meet someone that looks deeper than the skin to judge whether or not someone is a good match. I know that there has to be a physical attraction to some degree but I feel that there is so much more to a person than their outer beauty. I want to see a woman's inner beauty and get to know who she really is. It sounds cliché but I truly feel you can't tell a book by its cover. I'm probably not the sharpest tack in the drawer and you for sure won’t find me on any best looking list anywhere but I am truly an honest, caring and down to earth person. I love to laugh and have a good time but also know when it’s time to be more serious.
I definitely feel I know how to treat a woman. Here again there is more to it than the outer appearances of gifts, flowers and fancy dinners, though those thing are a part of it. Two of the most important I feel are Romance and Respect. Without either one of these no relationship can not survive. Also, there are the things that may not be so noticeable to outsiders. The phone call just to say I miss you, opening doors for you, brining you your favorite take out food even if it's not mine. There are so many more little thing that a man could and should do to make a woman feel he truly cares about HER.
One more thing I need to say so as to be totally up front about everything. I am still married and going through a divorce we have been apart for 2 years and it’s not messy with a lot of bad feelings so there is no baggage that I’ll be bringing into any relationship, but it is not final yet.
Well, Izzy is sitting here whining, telling me I’m rambling on so I’ll stop now. If anyone wants to know anything more feel free to drop me a line. I'll be happy to get back to you.
Best of luck to you all.
I think a first date should be over coffee or a drink at a place that both of us feel comfortable with. A quite place, where we can talk and start to get to know each other and see where we should go from there. No pressure, some good conversation and a little fun.
