Being in the healthcare profession, it is hard for me to ignore the benefits of taking care of oneself physically and emotionally. I have become more conscious of healthy habits, such as, exercise and eating well and taking time out for relaxation activities over this past couple of years. I would like to find someone that is interested in the same lifestyle.

I like walking and exercise almost every day. I have done some biking this summer. I would love to learn how to golf this year. Still waiting for some professional instruction. (hint, hint) I am very youthful and active and want to be doing things that will keep me healthy physically, emotionally and spiritually.

I like doing a lot of different kind of activities, such as, dancing, going to concerts, cultural events and museums, going to the movies, dining out, etc. I also like being at home, gardening and tending to my house when it needs it. I have travelled a fair bit and would like to do a lot more. I would love to go to Europe again and to Australia in the near future.

I am looking for someone that is easy to talk to, is well-educated/read, is kind and generous. I have a high level of integrity and honesty and would appreciate the same in the new friend or partner in my life. I am naturally inquisitive and always learning new things. Going with someone to explore the culture and history of a place would be so much more enjoyable.
