I'm orginally from the East Coast now living in Southern California. I am extremely career/goal driven which has it's benefits and drawbacks. I am very direct and honest. I like to play piano, go the gym, and call my friends in what little free time I have. I love dogs and am REALLY allergic to cats. I drink about a bottle of wine a year and I don't do any drug (even trying to stop drinking coffee). I love the Opera and Music theater (I grew up around both) Though sorry LA; you don't have the MET or Broadway. I go to the gym 4-6x a week (I actually recognize my own sweat stains!) not because I adore the hour and a half but it's essential for my career (and I don't want to look like Homer Simpson). I love 80's & Latin music (salsa/merengue). I'd love to find someone in my area because the long distance thing is for the birds.

Intellectual maturity is absolutely the most important thing I am looking for. And I hate to say it but... (actually come to think of it i don't!), yes mutual attraction is important. And of course that "thing" (call it chemisty, Moxie, Hootspa, heck call it Charlie!) would be nice too.

Just for the record: I tend to date caucasian and latin women. (Absolutely no offense to those not in that category). And I have a preference for women with no children who are LOCAL and height/weight proportionate.

mmm call me nuts but coffee (nuts trying to quit....mmm herbal tea also works!) and lots of talking sounds like a good idea
